WALT Rewrite this passage using a better word for nice.

My recount about going to pawarenga.

WALT use the correct structure for a recount.  

Success criteria:

• I will have a title
• I will have an orientation(who what where when how )
• I will use sequence words(first,next,after,then,

finally,shortly)

• I talked about how I felt.

Going to Pawarenga.           

On the first week of the holidays I went to Pawarenga with my family.  We went to go and help my aunty because she was sick. I was so excited when we go to Pawarenga.   

First we went to the gas station we got some lollies.

Next we got to Mangamuka we were coming up to the bridge and then we got a flat tye.  We put the other tye on but that one was flat too, but was just enough air in the tyre to get to the shop.

After that we called aunty Charlotte to tell her to come and pump our tyre up,  20 minutes later aunty Charlotte came.

Then  we followed aunty Charlotte we had to cross three bridges.

After we made it to aunty Charlotte house, then we took our stuff in side and had a feed.

After that we went to the beach and ran into the water.Next we had a sandcastle comp of  who can make the biggest sandcastle I won.

Then we had to go and wash the sand off  then we had to go and dry ourselves then we had to put our Clothes on and leave.

When we got back to aunty Charlotte house we went to have a sleep.

When we woke up we had dinner and then we watched tv. We watched my kitchen rules.Then we all went to sleep.when we woke up we had breakfast we had weet-bix.

After that we went to church and went to see little Nan.Then we  went to the beach and went to pick pupus there were heaps of crabs the crabs were crawling along  the sand back into their habitat .

I shouted “crabs”. Then I ran back to the dry sand and made a big sandcastle when they came back to the car I jumped on my sandcastle and we went to the Coke water and wash off all the sand .

Finally we went back to aunty Charlotte house and had dinner . After dinner we went to the trust to wash our clothes.

I had a good day at Pawarenga.
